I charge a $20 no-shows fee, you will have 1 chance to rebook after you pay the cancellation fee with deposit, if a no show happens again you will be banned from booking. Thank you. I have a 10 minute grace period. 10 minutes into your grace period your appointment will be canceled or you can choose to pay $5 after grace period, and every 5 minutes you're late it will be an additional $5 (up to 20 minutes from the beginning of your appointment time. Then your appointment will be cancelled.) This will NOT give you extra appointments time. If you are 20 minutes late 3 times in a row you will be BANNED from booking.
